Chef Dream Kasestatad, the man behind this amazing pop-up, comes from four generations of Thai restaurant owners. He started cooking Pad Thai out of his LA apartment and delivering it by bike to friends, bars, and neighborhood spots. One night, while slinging noodles in a parking lot, he was discovered by a senior food editor from Eater and LA Weekly, his story landed on the cover, and the buzz hasn’t stopped since.

Since then, Dream’s traveled the country with his pop-up, starred in The Noodle Man on Amazon Prime, and had his Khao Soi featured on the cover of Los Angeles Street Food: (American Palate). Now he’s bringing his bold, flavorful Thai street food to Miel for one night only, don’t miss it!
