Chef Anh Luu describes her style of cooking as “traditional Cajun/creole food utilizing Vietnamese ingredients.” Not, exactly “fusion,” but “more like a regional American cuisine.” We’re really excited to welcome Xanh into the pop-up rotation and hope you’ll come check it out!
