Oh Boy is a pop-up by Nils Olsen, who started out bartending and ended up falling in love with the kitchen. After cooking at Faubourg Brewery and geeking out over flavor combos, he decided to do his own thing—serving up sandwiches so good they’ll have you coming back for more. Come give them a big welcome!
