Before Noche Latina begins, join the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana: Young Professionals for a special sugar skull painting event at Miel!

Decorate your own sugar skull to be displayed at their Día de los Muertos Festival and entered into the Best Skull Contest. Tickets to paint your sugar skull are $15, with proceeds benefiting scholarships for Latino college students.
