Join us at Miel Brewery for a one-night-only pop-up with Chef Valeriano Chiella—aka Vale—of Fico Cucina. Born in southern Italy and raised near Florence, Vale grew up in his family’s restaurants, where he learned the ropes from the ground up.

Since moving to New Orleans in 2014, he’s worked in some of the city’s most beloved kitchens—Domenica, Shaya, Restaurant August—and most recently led the team at Domenica as Executive Chef. His cooking brings together the heart of traditional Italian food with a fresh perspective shaped by years in NOLA’s culinary scene.

Expect handmade pasta, freshly baked bread, and more. Come hungry—this one’s going to be good.
