You won’t be able to place orders hours or days in advance, and phone orders are unavailable. The app typically stays active throughout the event, but the team may toggle it on and off to manage the order flow and keep things running smoothly. Once you place your order and make the payment, you’ll receive a pickup time (usually around 30 minutes later).
