We’re firing up something special with Coop’s Table, the brainchild of Sarah Newton—a Louisiana native with a big passion for backyard grilling, smoked meats, and Southern food. A registered dietitian by day and BBQ master by night, Sarah honed her pit skills through years of cooking for friends, family, and events like Hogs for the Cause.

At Coop’s Table, she blends Carolina and Texas BBQ traditions with her own twist—think smoked pork with adobo aioli, Boudin Dilla quesadillas, and maybe even a smoked chicken sandwich that dreams are made of. We truly cannot think of a better pairing to go with your Miel beer!
