Meet Apres Vous — a pop-up by Robert Landry and Lauren Clark, serving up fresh oysters and delicious snacks!
Robert, a New Orleans native, has spent over 20 years in the food world — from working with Brennan’s Restaurant Group to popping up alongside local chefs. A certified Level 1 Oyster Ambassador through the Oyster Master Guild, he currently shucks at Pigeon & Whale and Sidecar Oyster Bar.
Lauren, a bartender and food enthusiast from Upstate New York by way of South Carolina, brings her love of cocktails, comfort food, and hospitality to every table.
Together, they’re creating an Apres Vous experience full of raw oysters and tasty bites. Come hang out!
