An American Cream ale brewed with Blue Raspberry Sour Punch Straw candy! Blue Raspberries aren’t real, but if they were, they would give this beer it’s bizarre color and an aroma of candied berries mixed with childhood nostalgia. At 5.5%, this beer is light, flavorful, and has a slightly citric bite from the tart candy similar to the AK41.

AK41 American Cream Ale is light and easy-drinking with a burst of candied berries at the end. Although we added 20 pounds of Airheads Xtreme Sour Candy Belts, this beer really isn't sweet. We first brewed it to commemorate the Saints' 2018 playoff run and was inspired by Running Back Alvin Kamara's love of Airheads candy. AK41 is made for a 4 hour Saints game! This is the original candy cream ale.

A Kolsch-style Ale brewed with Raw Kentwood honey. This ale was fermented cool at lager temperatures and hopped with Hallertau Blanc resulting in a balanced, Pilsner-like honey beer. Full of honey and orange flavors. Mellifera means “honey bearing” in latin.

A double Hefeweizen German Wheat Ale! Hefeweizen beer is known for it's banana, clove, and light wheat flavors that help beat the heat in Bavarian beer gardens. Since our summers are more intense than in Bavaria, we decided to make our Hefeweizen to match.

A Brut Sour fermented on 80 lbs. of Pink Guava and Cherries. We added Champagne enzymes to help our yeast dry this beer out and the result is a Prosecco-style, effervescent brew. With aromatics of guava, pineapple, and mango, Frutsecco is vineous with slightly sour kick. This Brut Sour is reminiscent of bubbly spritz or fruity Spanish white wine.

A Milkshake IPA dry-hopped with a ton of Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Cloudy and soft, this beer features a punch of citrus and grapefruit with a balance of vanilla sweetness. Not too bitter and not too sweet, Nimbus is devilishly smooth and crushable while hiding it's 7% ABV. Contains NO LACTOSE.

A Triple New England IPA that is dry-hopped with Comet, Citra, Azacca, and Idaho 7 hops. Grapefruit, pineapple and dank hops standout in this big beer. Comet is a classic West Coast hop that lends a clean and balanced bitterness found in the throwback IPA style.

A German Weisenbock with cocoa nibs and coconut added. This wheat beer is packed with banana, caramel and coconut flavors. Inspired by the chocolate-dipped banana treat, enjoy this beer with your hermano or a couple of hot cops.

A German Bock lager. This classic style was first brewed in the 14th century by German brewers in the Hanseatic town of Einbeck and is known for it’s light, malty flavors and it’s caramel color. Brewed with caramel malts, dark malts, and fermented with a clean, light lager yeast.
