He started cooking Pad Thai out of his LA apartment and delivering it by bike to friends\, bars\, and neighborhood spots. One night\, while slinging noodles in a parking lot\, he was discovered by a senior food editor from Eater and LA Weekly\, his story landed on the cover\, and the buzz hasn’t stopped since. \nSince then\, Dream’s traveled the country with his pop-up\, starred in The Noodle Man on Amazon Prime\, and had his Khao Soi featured on the cover of Los Angeles Street Food: (American Palate).
