Robert\, a New Orleans native and certified Level 1 Oyster Ambassador through the Oyster Master Guild\, has spent over 20 years in the food world and currently shucks at Pigeon & Whale and Sidecar Oyster Bar. Lauren\, a bartender and food enthusiast from Upstate New York by way of South Carolina\, brings her love of cocktails\, comfort food\, and hospitality to every table. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
