We’ll have the game on our new big 100″ screen (plus all the tvs outside and inside)\, with sound on while we bring fresh glasses of Kölsch straight to your seat throughout the game. \nKölsch Service comes from Cologne\, Germany\, where Kölsch is traditionally served in small glasses that keep coming without having to order another round. We’re excited to bring this tradition to Miel for Saints game days! \nHere’s how it works at Miel: grab a seat and order your first Kölsch from Alex. From there\, we’ll keep an eye on your glass and replace it with a fresh one when you’re getting low. Each glass gets added to your tab\, so there’s no need to get up or reorder. \nWant another? Do nothing\, we’ll keep them coming. Ready to stop? Place your coaster on top of your glass and we’ll know you’re done. Kölsch Service only happens during the game! \nGrab a seat\, cheer on the Saints\, and let the Kölsch come to you. Who Dat!

Lauren\, a bartender and food enthusiast from Upstate New York by way of South Carolina\, brings her love of cocktails\, comfort food\, and hospitality to every table. \n\nBelow is a sample of their menu\, but selections may change from week to week. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

DESCRIPTION:We’re excited to welcome PoLa to the brewery for a night of handmade pierogi and house-pickled everything. PoLa is run by Derek and Tali\, a husband and wife team who started the pop-up after moving to New Orleans in 2018. Tali’s pierogi recipes come straight from her grandmother\, and everything is made from scratch with traditional techniques and a lot of love. \nYou’ll find classic fillings like potato and cheese\, seasonal specials\, and some seriously crisp pickles made with local produce. Come grab a beer\, some pierogi\, and hang with us in the beer garden. \nMenu and photos coming soon!
