SUMMARY:Pranom Traveling Thai Pop-Up
DESCRIPTION:Pranom Thai pop-up is making another stop at Miel on Monday\, November 18th starting at 5pm! \nChef Dream Kasestatad comes from four generations of family-owned Thai restaurants and began the concept in his apartment by cooking Pad Thai\, and then making bicycle deliveries to his friends\, neighborhood bars\, and small businesses all over Los Angeles. One night while cooking at one of his pop-ups\, he was discovered making his authentic street food in a parking lot in Los Angeles by a senior food editor for Eater and LA Weekly magazine. His story was placed on the cover of the LA Weekly food section and word quickly spread of his delicious food. \nTo date\, Dream has been a guest chef for several festivals\, had his Khao Soi dish featured on the cover of the book\, “Los Angeles Street Food: (American Palate)”\, and starred in the Amazon Prime pilot\, The Noodle Man. He now travels the country bringing his delicious food all over for one-night-only events! We’re so stoked to host him at Miel. \nHere’s a glimpse of what they served at their last pop-up to give you a taste of what’s in store:
