DESCRIPTION:We have a new pop-up that we’re super excited about: Inaayat Nola! We first had their menu at Pal’s and were blown away by the Indian-Creole flavors. \nInaayat NOLA\, founded by chefs Kanwarpal Singh and Elise Ryon\, blends Indian and Southern cuisines into a unique culinary experience. Singh\, originally from Punjab\, India\, brings a rich background from top New Orleans restaurants\, while Ryon\, a New Orleans native\, adds her expertise from local culinary landmarks. They met at Donald Link’s restaurants and decided to create a pop-up named after the Urdu word for blessing. Their innovative dishes\, such as the “jamb-iryani” and maque choux paratha\, exemplify their fusion approach. Follow them on Instagram for their latest locations! \nBelow is the menu from their last pop-up at Miel\, but please remember that they change it up often! We’ll post the menu on our story the night before.
