We’re excited to welcome PoLa to the brewery for a night of handmade pierogi and house-pickled everything. PoLa is run by Derek and Tali, a husband and wife team who started the pop-up after moving to New Orleans in 2018. Tali’s pierogi recipes come straight from her grandmother, and everything is made from scratch with traditional techniques and a lot of love.

You’ll find classic fillings like potato and cheese, seasonal specials, and some seriously crisp pickles made with local produce. Come grab a beer, some pierogi, and hang with us in the beer garden.
