Hogs team Lard and in Charge, last year's First Place Bacon Night Champions, is competing and raising money again this year for pediatric brain cancer!
They'll be slinging out the grand prize winning Herzinfarkt dish:
- Bacon wrapped twice fried plantain stuffed with cotija cheese and green onions and served with sriracha aioli
Come by Miel Brewery on Saturday, March 23rd, from 12pm-5pm to enjoy some craft brews and last year's championship bacon dish all while supporting children with pediatric cancer. 100% of their food sales will go directly to charity and a portion of beers sold will also be donated!
