"Flor de Jamaica" is a Kettle Sour Gose steeped with Hibiscus flowers, Himalayan pink sea salt, and cinnamon bark. Flor de Jamaica translates to Hibiscus in Spanish. This beer was inspired by the tropical playas of Honduras, where JMo grew up, and the Hibiscus flowers used to make summer drinks.
Hibiscus gives this beer is notable color and flavor. Cinnamon bark balances out the floral notes with warm spice while the pink sea salt accentuates the crisp, sour finish. Light and bubbly, this beer is more complex than it appears. 6% ABV.
